Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

All AsyncGuard plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be automatically downgraded and no charges will be applied.


Subscription Plans

AsyncGuard offers monthly subscription plans ranging from $29/mo to $999/mo. All billing is handled through Stripe. Annual billing is available for select plans at a discounted rate.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your AsyncGuard dashboard under Settings > Billing.

Refund Policy

Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Since you can cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months. The refund is calculated based on full months remaining in your billing cycle.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an annual plan, contact our support team at support@asyncguard.dev with the following information:

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.


Exceptions

We may offer a full refund at our discretion in cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, please reach out to support@asyncguard.dev.
